Shipping & Returns
Shipping Policy
All products on our website have free shipping. This includes fully regulated hazmat shipping and limited quantity shipping. We currently have two different categories of product shipping times. Any item that is within the Packaged Products page will typically be shipped within 24 to 48 hours. These items are already measured out, packaged and ready to ship. These items can be identified by having a molecular structure present on the order page. Any products from the additional inventory page will typically take one week to ship from our facility. We will have to package these items and get the SDS ready before shipping. These items will typically ship within one week from the time the order is received. These products can also be identified by having a black FTF Scientific logo present on the product page.
Limited quantity shipping will ship by UPS.
Fully regulated Hazmat shipping will ship by FedEx.
Return & Exchange Policy
We accept all returns within 30 days of purchase that have not been opened. The customer is responsible to pay the return shipping fee. We sometimes will accept products that have been opened but this is on a case by case basis. Please email us and let us know the reason for return and we will work best with you to figure out the best solution.
